I couldn't agree more with the above, I do need to pay more attention to sunshine though.. but for me, after making lifestyle changes, nothing beats eating mindfully, drinking sufficient amounts of water, incorporating some form of exercise every other day, and getting sufficient rest. Especially rest, it is sooo healing.
Which are your top doctors and why? Also, which could you be seeing/doing/consuming more often?
