Ingredients:
1 can of chickpeas
1/4 cup liquid in chickpea can
2-3 cloves of garlic (Really depends on how much you like garlic.. I love it, so we added 3)
2 tablespoons of tahini
3-5tablespoons of lemon/lime
1-2 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt to taste
Put chickpeas+tahini+garlic+lemon in blender. Blend till you get a nice smooth paste. Add in the 1/4 cup of liquid from chickpea can. Add desired amount of salt. Voila you are done!
We didn't have lemons so we added in lime, we also added in olives to the end product.
Why this is a good meal? This is packed with proteins and really quick + easy to make :)
