Food rich in tryptophan (an amino acid in the body) is believed to increase the production of serotonin (chemical in the body which gives you a "happy feeling"). So..... next time you are feeling low, and you want something healthy with tryptophan , you could try incorporating food like brown rice, walnuts,dates, bananas or oranges in your diet! Btw, tryptophan is considered a "mood enhancing" amino acid well yeah I suppose that's cause of the stimulation of serotonin in the brain right?
Maybe that's why the annoying orange looks so.. happy?! ;)
