Happy Earth Day friends (although everyday should be earth day shouldn't it?)! Here's a little something we could all do that will save the environment (one of the 3 R's). My colleague and friend showed it to me at work, I think it's pretty cool.
Next time you buy a bottle of mineral water, use the cap to remove the skin from carrots! It works, she did it in front of me and here are 2 pics.
